Anderson led the students in making cookies. The cookies they designed were in the shape of sugar skulls. Arts and crafts were also a staple at the annual presentation. Junior Jayde Orsack says the celebration was a success.
“I really had a fun time celebrating the Day of The Dead and being apart of the Spanish Club. I will definitely be attending next year,” said Orsack.
The Spanish Club holds various events throughout the year. The only requirement to join is that the student be enrolled in a spanish class currently. Contact Senora Anderson for more information.
