Students learned different aspects of business that they can relate to their in class work on the trip.
The Boone DECA club is also traveling to Des Moines this weekend for a leadership conference.
“The DECA club will go and attend the Fall Leadership Conference. They will attend a couple of different sessions and learn about leadership skills and professional skills. After that they will get paired with students from other schools to do a service project and then Monday they will go to Camp Dodge to work on team building exercises,” said Wolfe.
There are many things to look forward to for this trip, “I’m most excited about learning about leadership,” said junior business student Ben Wagner.
“I’m most excited about becoming a better business man,” said junior student Tate Clemons.
Wolf is also looking forward to the trip,”I’m looking forward to getting to know my students better, because we haven’t really gotten to know each other yet.”
