In our generation, our phones are a major part of our daily life. Some people use their phones more than others, but the majority of teens use their phones too much, especially in schools.
Some teachers have special phone daycares for the class period that you have to put your phone in. Teachers do that to improve their kids learning. Other teachers let their students listen to music during work time, or have their phones out if they have all their work complete.
Teenagers disagree, and think that putting their phone in daycare is irrelevant. Other people think it’s beneficial so they’re not as tempted to pull out their phone and be distracted.
Phone daycares should be used more often, or people should keep them in their bags, unless the teacher gives permission When teachers make a big deal of phones, I understand. I also disagree if they yell at you when you are doing your work at the same time. I think that, because it is their choice not to use the given class time.
Phones are a big distraction in schools, but can be a helpful tool if you use them for the right reasons.
